Walter G. Elms was established in 1890 and is now managed by Mr Kurt Boyer, only the Fourth Principal of the firm in over One hundred years.

Mr Boyer has been with the firm for over Twenty years and is still guided by his former boss Mr Bernard Woolf who acts in the capacity of a consultant. Mr Bernhard Woolf first practised in Brixton in 1969, in the capacity of a consultant.

Walter G. Elms is the oldest Estate Agency firm in Brixton. Mr Boyer has practised in Brixton for longer than any other agent still trading.

We therefore give continuity and have an expert view and knowledge of the area.
